Talpro Software was founded in Lagos, Nigeria, with a vision to harness the productivity of Africa's most valuable resource: its people. We saw the frustration African organizations faced with fragmented HR systems, low employee engagement and complex compliance requirements.

In response, we built a unified, AI-powered HR and payroll platform for mid-sized and large enterprises. Today our flagship product, Xceed365HR, is trusted by some of Africa's most successful brands, recognised as a pioneer in the Nigerian and African enterprise HR market, and serves teams across Africa, the UK and the GCC.
